  1. I honestly do not remember ever thinking about having a dream wedding or where it would take place. Looking back at my wedding, which was 25 years ago, I was so stressed I did not enjoy any of it. I do recall the church was decorated beautifully. Therefore, I would say a dream wedding would be simple and enjoyable and I am going to stress this to my two daughters when their time comes.

  6. My dream wedding would take place in the strawberry fields at Jones Family Farm, in Shelton, Connecticut.
My boyfriend of 6 years & I have gone fruit picking there every summer since we've been together, and considering it'll be a "just us" wedding, the farm serves as a simple, but yet beautiful venue. The scenery is amazing. It's like looking at a postcard. Here is a photo, though you can't really see the green hills in the background. http://gyazo.com/462bcf9de46c0638ac71f06352ac33dd

  9. Growing up I have had an ideas about a dream wedding. Now as I'm approaching my wedding, I realize that I've also wanted my wedding to take place outside near water, an intimate setting with close friends and family.

  10. My dream wedding would take place outside near water, intimate with close friends and family. Maybe a fountain or lake. But not on the beach.

  11. My dream wedding was already my wedding to my sweet husband 23 years ago. We decided to get married after knowing each other a month, and put the wedding together within a week....It was pure bliss! Sweet, for sure. Now, since we only had a one night honeymoon, it would be awesome to win the Jamaica trip and travel for a second honeymoon....

  12. My dream wedding would be at my local church where I was baptised as a baby and confirmed as an adult, and the reception would be at a quiet, isolated place with grass and flowers aplenty where my family and friends can converse, listen to music, dance, and eat great food, drink great wine, and admire the beauty and serenity of their surroundings. I'm still trying to think of a specific place nearby, but so far the Huntington gardens and the Arboretum in Arcadia, CA come to mind, but aren't close enough. I also worry about insects and other people making my day less than memorable, so I'm also thinking maybe indoors, at a banquet hall/ hotel ballroom of some sort.

  19. I don't know if this disqualifies me for the giveaways, but I had my dream wedding not too long ago! It was in Portland, Oregon at the LDS temple there. My friends and family were there and it was an incredibly gorgeous day - especially for Oregon! It was absolutely the happiest day of my life.

  20. We were talking about Jamaica from the very beginning, or even the Dominican Republic. As of right now, we are not going on a Honeymoon due to our budget. This is our second marraige (for both). I never went on a honeymoon on my first marraige eithe. We simply couldn't afford it on a military salary back then, and now, things aren't much different. What matters is the wedding. Can go on a Honeymoon in 10 years, doesn't matter
