#Review of the Sofia the First Lunch Bag From KimmyShop.com

Sofia the First is one of the hottest shows for little girls right now, and it's no surprise that Miss K loves it, too! I was recently given the opportunity to review this cute Sofia the First Insulated Lunch Bag from KimmyShop.com in exchange for a honest review.

Let me be the first to say that this lunch bag is absolutely adorable and perfect for any little princess! As soon as Miss K saw it, she just had to get her hands on it.  As you can see from the photo below, she was more than excited to get her new lunch bag in the mail!

And, though she is not in school yet, we can still find several uses for the lunch bag, including road trips, daycare, and most importantly - Sofia picnics in the clubhouse.

As a parent, there are several things I like about the Sofia the First insulated lunch bag, aside from how cute it is. The quality is superior with strong stitching, a canvas exterior and a durable handle. The interior is insulated and easy to wipe clean, considering occasional spills, leaks and other lunchbox messes.

The insulated interior works great at keeping food and drinks cold for several hours, keeping the contents inside safe and preventing spoilage. The last thing you want is for your child to eat something that sat at room temperature all day or have to go without lunch due to a lunch box mishap!

In addition to the quality of this lunch bag {or lunch box}, it also features BAC OFF technology which prevents bacteria growth, odor and stains. This is a great feature, especially considering most lunches include dairy products and/or lunch meat. {Lunch meat can cause listeria, a deadly bacteria!} It's also lead, PVC and Phthalate free making it safe for food storage.

The size of the Sofia insulated lunch bag is just right! It's light-weight so there is no added weight for your child to lug around yet, it's big enough to carry enough for lunch and snacks. The lunch bag measures 9 in (L) x 8 in (W) x 4 in (D) according to their website.

As you can see from the photo, I have a sandwich, yogurt, spoon, Capri Sun juice pack and a MinuteMaid juice box and yet, I still have plenty of room to add lots more! Plus, after lunch, your child can stash it away in his/her backpack so that it don't get forgotten at school.

I was also very pleased with the quality of the image. While the sides and back of the lunch bag are made of a light pink durable canvas, the front is made of shimmery canvas with a cute Sofia the First image. Here's a close up of the image, which is actually much better than I could capture with my camera.

Overall, I would definitely recommend the Sofia insulated lunch bag, as well as other products from KimmyShop.com. If you aren't familiar with KimmyShop.com, they offer a variety of licensed products including Sofia the First, Mickey Mouse, Caillou, Dora the Explorer, and many other favorites from Disney, Nick Jr, Sprout and similar licensed characters. They are offer a variety of products including hard-to-find character-themed products such as  party supplies, gifts & toys, school bags and similar products.

If you haven't already, be sure to check them out. I was able to find several of Miss K's favorite characters that I can't find elsewhere, like Max & Ruby, Bubble Guppies and Caillou!
