Fé Fit Women's 90-Day Workout Program Review

Like  many Americans every year, one of my New Year's Resolutions is to lose weight. Yes, I say it every year but, this year I have a few extra tools to help me lose weight. The Fe' Fit Women's Weightloss Fitness Program is going to be one of my main weight-loss resources. Fe' Fit sent me their women's 90-day fitness program, the Fé Fit Women's 90-Day Workout Program, in exchange for an honest review and I am excited to put it to the test!

The great thing about the Fé Fit 90-Day Workout  Program is that this program is designed so that you can do as little as 30 minutes a day, 3 times a week. Who can't find time for that? Plus, with over 28 different workout videos incorporating 7 different styles of workouts, you will never get bored or accustomed to doing the same routine everyday. The Fé Fit Women's 90-Day Workout Program uses a few different types of exercise equipment that you may also want to include in your workout but is not required.

My Review of the Fé Fit Women's 90-Day Workout Program 

Okay, first off, let me be the first one to admit that I have several dust collectors workout DVDs in my collection and some of them have never even be opened. I purchase them, get all excited to start a new routine and after a week or so, I never use them again. Some of it is because I didn't have time, some of it was because they were boring (or outdated) and other times because after a week or so you know the routine by heart and your body has adjusted.... no longer making it a challenge to do the workout...

With that said, I am thrilled to have been able to review the Fé Fit Women's 90-Day Workout Program! I have been using the program for about 2 weeks now and have found it to be *awesome*! Since the workout is different each day, it stays fun and exciting... rotating the genres each time you workout helps keep the workout fun and entertaining and also helps you to workout out and target different areas of your body without causing muscle fatigue or injury to a particular area. 

Most importantly, the workouts actually seem to be working. Due to time constraints I am only doing the 3-times-a-week workout but, I can already feel a difference. While I can't say that I have noticed any major changes in the physical appearance of my body yet, I can honestly say that I can tell a difference in my strength and the ability (and desire) to perform the routines without. Mind you, I'm still in the beginning stages of this workout but, for someone who never exercises, I find that the program still challenges my body without over doing it. I have also noticed that each workout tends to advance and challenge me a little more! 

Overall, I have been very pleased with the Fé Fit Women's 90-Day Workout Program! I love that I can adjust the workout schedule days to fit my daily routines, without being physically worn out or overly sore the next day. Whether you are looking for a new workout as a 'beginner' or looking for great workout program to use continuously to lose weight, stay toned or increase your strength, I would strongly recommend the Fé Fit Women's 90-Day Workout Program!

  2. Wow, this looks like a wonderful program. I really love the calendar and stickers and can see how beneficial that would be as a simple motivator!

  3. If I get too sore, I give up or get frustrated, so it's nice to know you can adjust the workouts, especially in the beginning. Seems like a great workout program!

  5. That was one of my resolutions too! I really would love to have this, I haven't been able to find anything that works for me so far! I will keep this in mind!

  6. I personally run (alot!) and do Yoga/PiYo as a compliment for my running and Body Pump at home when I have time. This program looks good. It's great that it has the different days like Upper, Cardio and Core and different workouts within those sections. Good Luck!

  7. We've tried a couple of programs like these, and they have provided good results. As long as we stick to them. Would love to see them on iTunes to download to the iPad!

  8. I live that tracking system! I live to see where I've been and where I'm at with goals!

  9. Wow – a 90 day commitment is pretty long, for me. I can do dietary restrictions for that long, but sticking to an indoor workout that long is harder. Too bad I don't have a workout partner, I think that would help. I do like how there are 28 different workouts to keep your attention.
