Increase the Chances of Getting Pregnant with The Stork OTC + Giveaway! {Ends April 27th}

This post has been sponsored by The Stork OTC  & The Motherhood. All opinions are my own.

Each year, millions of women discover that trying to conceive can be quite harder than you think and more emotional than you would ever imagine. Especially if you have one of the many medical conditions that can cause infertility.

Sometimes, trying to get pregnant without success can be something as simple as a pH imbalance to something more serious like diseases such like cancer or POS, long term damage from medications and chemo, and a variety of other medical conditions.

Regardless of the reason why you can't get pregnant, it's still just as heartbreaking and emotional when you so desperately want to conceive. Trust me, I know what it is like. My husband and I had spent three years trying to get pregnant and had finally given up. Each month would lead to more heartache from knowing that we would probably never have the big family we wanted.

The good news is that now, there are options available to help increase chances of getting pregnant without having to leave the comfort of your home and, without spending thousands of dollars and just hoping for the best. One of those options is a new, FDA-cleared product called The Stork OTC.

The Stork OTC is an FDA-cleared alternative that gives women the ability to increase their chances of getting pregnant in a rather natural way and without having to take medications or going to a number of fertility doctors.

The Stork OTC Giveaway- If you are wanting to pregnant or know someone who is, be sure to keep reading. Below you will find out more about The Stork OTC and have the chance to win a trial of The Stork OTC!

So, for all the women out there struggling to conceive, I want you to know that you are not alone. I've been there and I know what it feels like. And, thanks to The Stork OTC, there is hope on the horizon.

I just wish it would have been available 8 years ago when we started trying to conceive...

Our Struggles with Trying to Conceive

Jeremy and I got married in December of 2006, exactly one year after we started stating. We met, started dating and got married rather fast, and in keeping with the momentum, we started trying to get pregnant fast.

Just a few short months after getting married, we started trying to conceive. Little did we know, our chances of getting pregnant were pretty slim.

A few months before Jeremy and I met, he was in a serious work-related accident where a large water-main pipe exploded and caused serious head trauma, left him blind in one eye, 75% of the bones in his face were replaced with Titanium plates and mesh, and due to the percussion of the explosion, his manhood also sustained internal trauma that left him with low testosterone levels. While the lower injuries were not visually noticeable, (once all the swelling went down), his urologist said that he would most-likely never be able have children due to a low sperm count caused by the low testosterone.

After 3 years of trying to get pregnant, we had all but given up. I had already spent countless hours researching the "best way to get pregnant", "the best positions", "tips for conceiving", "how to increase your chances of getting pregnant"... You name it, I had researched it, and we had tried it. While it was fun trying (*wink-wink*) it always ended up being emotionally challenging at the end of the month when it was obvious we weren't going to be parents anytime soon.

We had always known that our chances of getting pregnant would be extremely low, but we still had faith and hoped that one day we would be blessed with the pitter-patter of little feet running around the house. And, when we had finally given up trying to conceive, go figure... it happened!

In December of 2009 we found out that we were finally going to be parents! Needless to say, we had a very merry Christmas!

Jeremy & Miss K a few hours after she was born.
Fast forward 10 months and a healthy pregnancy later, our little bundle of joy was here! Our beautiful baby girl, Miss K, was born in September of 2010. We were even happier than we imagined we would be. So much so, that we were already planning our next pregnancy. Little did we know, that was just the beginning of another long journey of fertility issues. This time it would not be Jeremy. It would be me...

Just 6 months after having Miss K, I was diagnosed with a non-functioning adenoma. That's the fancy term for pituitary tumor. Non-functioning means that the tumor itself does not secrete any additional hormones. But, due to the tumor being on the posterior portion of my pituitary gland and on the stalk, it does cause a variety of malfunctions that is referred to as "stalk-effect". One of the primary symptoms I have is abnormal hormone levels. While they are slightly elevated or slightly low, it's enough to throw my cycle off and therefore minimizes ovulation. I've had blood work that showed I was ovulating, pre-menopausal and post-menopausal, all at the same time and with the same blood draw, based on the levels of the different hormones tested Now that's what you call a hormonal mess! Especially, considering that I haven't even hit the big "3-0", yet.

And, if hormones preventing pregnancy isn't enough, there are several risks associated with getting pregnant with a pituitary adenoma. The hormones from the pregnancy can cause the tumor to grow rapidly during the pregnancy and require immediate surgery to prevent blindness, stroke and hemorrhaging. Those same hormone abnormalities can also cause pregnancy deficiencies and even sporadic abortion. Neither of which I am willing to risk!

My heart breaks for all the women and men who want children, but can get pregnant. I have been there and done that. I know what it's like to struggle with fertility issues, but I also know what it's like to be a mom now, too. And, I thank God everyday for my baby girl!

The good news is that now, those same women struggling to get pregnant can increase their chances of conception with The Stork OTC. The device helps with many causes of infertility such as vaginal pH imbalances, low sperm count and mobility issues.

What is The Stork OTC?

The Stork OTC is what I would call a fertility enhancement  or tool. This new, innovative device helps increase the chances of getting pregnant in the privacy of your own home and without invasive procedures, appointments and medications. It is also the only FDA-cleared home-use conception device available over-the-counter, without a prescription.

So, how does The Stork OTC work? It uses a new technology based on cervical cap insemination. This technique puts the sperm at the opening of the cervix, optimizing your ability to conceive. In fact, cervical cap insemination has a documented success rate of approximately 10-20% which, is similar to the success rates for IUI. (See Resources & Information below.)

What infertility issues can the The Stork OTC help with? The FDA has cleared The Stork OTC for home-use without a prescription to treat infertility caused by a number of different reasons attributed to both men and women.

FDA-Cleared Applications & Uses for The Stork OTC Include:
  • Low Sperm Count
  • Motility Issues
  • Unfavorable Vaginal Environment (pH imbalance)
  • Unexplained Infertility
It can also be used for couples that don't necessarily have a fertility issue, but rather the inability to get pregnant through intercourse in general. Same-sex couples, partners with a mobility disabilities, single women and other challenges that would limit the natural ability to conceive during intercourse can be overcome by using The Stork OTC.

Best of all, The Stork OTC puts you in control as you plan your own journey to parenthood. It allows both partners to work together in planning and conceiving in the privacy and comfort of their own home.
