Get #Fit & Lose Weight with Jillian Michaels’ #Fitness App!

Oh, man! I wish I would have known about the Jillian Michaels app last year when I was working out and lost 40 pounds in 5 months! I couldn’t afford a personal trainer so I researched and tweaked, and put a lot of sweat and tears (literally) into getting the right combination of workouts, meal plans and my routines just right. Now, this awesome app does all this for you. With the app, you get Jillian Michaels’ workouts, meal plans, tracking tools and so much more.
This program could have saved me a LOT of guesswork and I may have been even more successful… But, it’s never too late to start, right? I am so excited about stumbling across this app that I will be starting my new journey with it in April! {EEEEK! I am so pumped about this. What is the Jillian Michaels App?

This fitness and weight loss app offers what many other fitness apps can’t offer. PROFESSIONAL guidance for meal plans, workouts, and overall fitness, delivered in one convenient app! I have found apps that offer meal plans, or workouts, or a combination of both, but nothing like this. Nothing that features the quality and quantity available and none of them included Jillian Michaels’ workouts or meal plans either. So, yeah- this has the whole shebang!

I’m pretty sure everyone knows who the infamous fitness expert Jillian Michaels is so I will spare you a long detailed bio of her. If you are not familiar with her, you can read about her on her website here. But, the true inspiration for this post comes from stumbling across her new fitness app and falling it fitness-love!
